Your content doesn’t always follow a linear publishing timeline. Lots of content, like your documentation or knowledge base do fit better within groups. Likely how you are presenting the content on your site as well. With Spinal you can choose to group your content to match your static site.

Sometimes you want to quickly see all content from a certain author, or by a category or some other Frontmatter value. With Spinal you can easily do this, so you get a better feel for where things stand.

It’s the little things. Adding that bit of joy. Choose an icon and colour for your Content Type to make it stand out to you.

Seeing the anchor (usually the title of your content) is usually enough for you to understand what the content is about, but sometimes it helps to have a bit more context. For example: the category, section, some date value or the author. Toggle any of these columns to get that extra context.
