Delete account

Want to delete your account? Head over to your account settings and select “Delete account…”. Confirm the deletion in the following modal. This action cannot be undone! If you have have an active subscription, you need to cancel it first. See this article for details on how to cancel your subscription.

Automatic purging of inactive accounts #

In order to keep things tidy and not hold unnecessary data, inactive accounts are automatically purged.

• empty accounts (sign ups without any activity) are purged 15 days after creation;
• accounts with some activity are purged after 150 days without any activity (with the exception of accounts with an active subscription).
